Coach Harris Parents,
We are preparing for our 1st home match of the year on November 29th against Kenwood and Hillwood High Schools but before the fun starts we must have our wrestle offs to see who will earn the right to represent Oakland High School as a varsity starter for their respective weight class. The wrestle offs will be held on Monday and Tuesday of next week but we have a special day planned for Tuesday, November 22nd at 4:30pm in the Oakland High School Gymnasium. We will hold the 1st ever Blue and White intersquad scrimmage. We will pull the mats and the bleachers out. There will be two teams, the matches will be scored. And the winner of each match will be our probable starter. It ought to be an exciting night. Parents, Family, Friends, Everyone is welcome and it will be free of charge. Our soup supper and parent meeting is set for tomorrow night. We look forward to seeing everyone there. In the parent meeting we will go over some important information about the upcoming season. We will need at least one parent there if at all possible.
